Test in advance is necessary to check bonding
strength hand feeling, color shade, heat shrinkage and appearance etc because
fusing terms can vary depending on shell-fabric and fusing machine.
 §   Fusing
temperature must be actual temperature affected to the coated hot melt adhesives
between shell-fabric and interlining.
 §   For
pilled shell-fabric such as corduroy, velveteen and etc, two-ply work facing
pile  to pile with lower pressure is recommended and test of washing is strongly
required.

 o   When
testing:
 §
Should be careful to prevent from strike through of
powder and moire problem for the thin fabrics.
 §
In order to prevent from heat shrinkage of shell
fabric and to get stable and high quality products, it is recommended to make
fusing temperature lowest and fusing time longest ( 13sec-21 sec) as for as
possible.
 §
Should always keep the pressing machine clean

					o  Fusing
					Machine:

					In case of
continuous input of shell fabric + interlining to roller
press machine, bonding strength can become weaker from the
first out put to latter out put, so frequent check of
temperature is required and specially for all wool fabric,
					one-ply work with
 longer fusing time is
					recommended.
